“Countdown” is a work born during the first months of the COVID quarantine. At that time, the suppliers couldn’t deliver frames and canvases, and I started creating these large drawings on paper with a calligrapher pen. It is a dance of signs that mark the passing time, awaiting the return to normality. A work full of hope. (Lorenzo Taini)
