As a nature photographer, he uses experimental shooting techniques borrowed from other photographic genres or from other forms of figurative arts in order to produce images that, in addition to their documentary character, contain elements of interpretation and personal characterisation.
He has been awarded prizes in numerous national and international competitions and he collaborates with the following organisations and associations: WWF Italia, LIPU, LAV, AFNI, Parco Naturale della Maremma, Parco Nazionale Abruzzo, Lazio e Molise.
His love for nature has accompanied him since he was a child and he found in photography a natural complement, a privileged means of experiencing and recounting it through a powerful language of surprising immediacy. His basic intention is to fix through images, with respect and attention, the sensations that nature is able to arouse in those who observe it. He is constantly engaged in the search for unusual and vivid visions, rich in emotional suggestions.
Since 2014 he has been organising photography courses in various destinations in Europe and around the world, and since 2018 he has been working with the Grandi Viaggi Fotografici Agency.
